Regrettably, despite the high ratings this clinic receives, my experience fell short of expectations, and I ultimately decided to seek care elsewhere.

Following significant research to find a new Registered Massage Therapist after my previous RMT relocated, I booked an appointment here last year. Unfortunately, for my first three scheduled appointments with Crystal, I ended up being treated by a different practitioner each time:

First Appointment: I received a call asking to switch therapists because I was her only client scheduled that day and she preferred not to commute in.

Second & Third Appointments: I was only informed upon arrival at the clinic that I would be seeing a different practitioner, without prior notice.

Additionally, the room setup compromised the experience. Noise levels from the hallway were quite high, making it difficult to fully relax during the treatment.

I recommend Dr. Rebecca! She was professional, knowledgeable and genuinely cared about helping me. She quickly identified the cause of my lower back pain, explained everything clearly and the treatment made a huge difference. Had a fantastic first chiropractic appointment with Krystle yesterday! She was very friendly, knowledgeable, and took the time to explain the cause of my pain and how to help manage it outside of appointments through stretching and improving mobility. She was honest that the first appointment could be a little uncomfortable, which I appreciated. The clinic is beautiful, spotless, and everyone was so welcoming. Such a great experience, highly recommend!

Dr. Krystle has truly been a light in my life. When I first came to her, I had been dealing with a knee injury for over three years and had almost lost hope that I would ever recover. I had seen other chiropractors before, but none were able to help me achieve my goal of running pain-free.
