I would give this place negative stars if I could. Was bitten by bedbugs and showed the 5am front desk clerk. She offered no recompense for the terrible experience. Manager called us and basically called us liars. Also offered no recompense. Charged $100.00 deposit which took 3 days to refund.....we were not told of this added expense at the time of booking. Do yourself a favor and try ANY PLACE other than this to avoid being a meal for bedbugs. I will be contacting the health department also.

Not the best. But, not the worst.
Decent hotel.
Clean rooms. Clean sheets on the beds.
Breakfast was pretty good. The waffle machine was fun.
Definitely has a funny smell, especially in the hallways. Almost as if they're spraying scented spray to cover the smell of mildew/ mold.
This is an older hotel. A bit run down.
Overall, not bad.
The water in the shower doesn't get hot, only kind of warm.
& The Tiki Bar was closed, which was kind of disappointing, considering that I picked this hotel for that reason.

It's old. It definitely needs some updates. Our efficiency room was nice, but there was a water leak coming from the ceiling in the bathroom. The dishwasher in the room would tip forward when the door was open. The air conditioner was really loud, but the place was clean. The beds weren't the most comfortable, but we were all able to sleep well. I would stay again, but they really need to do some repairs.

Nice and clean rooms, very friendly staff.
Breakfast was continental and ok. But only black tea (larger selection would be nice) and coffee was unfortunately bad (but quite normal for us Europeans in the US).

Best: pool bar - smoking allowed and food was great!

I landed at the nearby airport late and arrived at the Comfort Inn around 4 am.
I asked for a room and I was told that check-in is at 4pm. I let the nice woman know that I just needed a place to sleep for a few hours and I was leaving at 7 am, and willing to pay full price.
I did not have a reservation, so that is on me.
However, when I asked if there was no vacancy, I was told that there is vacancy, but the computer system would not allow her to check someone in at 4am.
So I slept in the parking lot for two or three hours.
I want to specify, that I was treated with respect, and the staff is very nice. The receptionist even gave me a few alternative options, but I was very tired from traveling and did not want to go through this whole ordeal with another hotel when I only had a few hours to get some shut eye.
The one star review is for the corporate policy that would not allow me to rest my head somewhere for a few hours.
