I went in with a laundry list of adjustments that I wanted to get done on my account… Disconnect a line, Change a plan, Remove protection from certain devices, See if my address qualified for Verizon Internet, etc. I was greeted immediately upon entering and in less than 30mins, all of my concerns were addressed. I feel so relieved that I was able to get it all done and with ease! My service tech Heather went above and beyond to help me with all of my requests and to also find ways that I could save on my bill. I will definitely be returning to this location for any future inquiries.

Came to get some help on an issue customer service couldn’t help with over the phone. Heather greeted us asked how to help and LITERALLY within 4 minutes she had us hooked up and taken care of 😶🤯. Super friendly, hecka reliable and will DEF make this our go-to store!!!
