We just had a heat pump system and a new water heater installed. The crew at Twin Peaks were stellar. Scott has years of first hand experience in the business and provided excellent and timely service, which was why we chose Twin Peaks. Mike from Twin Peaks Plumbing came by today to fix our shower, and he was excellent. He was polite, well-mannered, professional, and took care of everything properly. He even went the extra mile and tightened up our faucets as well, which was much appreciated. Best part, he cleaned up after himself when the job was done.

I’ve had the opportunity to work alongside their gas and plumbing department on two separate projects — a renovation and a generator installation. Both times they were extremely knowledgeable, showed up on time, and stayed on budget. It was a great experience working together, and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them.

The problems that we were experiencing with our HVAC system were difficult to diagnose due to the complexity of the system and failure of the blower/motor unit some 18 months ago. Thanks to the perseverance of your technicians a defective board was replaced under warranty and the total system seems to be functioning properly. Special thanks to Kyle for working with the suppliers and their support team to find the solution. This would have been a 5 star rating if the communication from the office had been better in the periods that lapsed while waiting for parts and support.
