I honestly cant express the appreciation I have for the team members at this store. My son surprised me with a Gorgeous pair of earrings and Julia, Nate, Jennifer & Mandy went above and beyond to make the presentation extremely wonderful. I was so surprised and I think I'm still in shock with the gift. I was so overwhelmed and was shaking so bad that i almost couldnt get the earrings in. Thank u all again for making it extra special experience. Those were definitely tears of joy. 💕

I walked in and was immediately greeted by Jason. He took the time to discuss what I was looking for. Not only did he spend time building my profile and wish list but when I shared what I was hoping to purchase, he delivered!!! What an amazing experience! Cannot wait to go back!

My daughter found my 75th Birthday gift at Hermes in WeHo. I loved a unique line the Cabriole Child Somersaulting on the Horse which I wanted in honor of the Chinese Year of the Fire Horse. After special order we returned to add the lovely leather edged twillie. I am perfectly happy! (And it goes so well with my pink balloon print cotondoux custom shirt from Paris.

Love the convenience of the valet!

As in all things H, its an exquisite store!!! I was able to attend the grand opening and lucky enough to get the guitar charm!

The store is huge! Store entrance gave you a glance of some fashion jewelry, to the left was home and some baby wear. On the right is where the bags are and 2nd floor was fine jewelry and RTW!

Martha is the best at what she does! She is knowledgeable of all H products. She will not only show the things you are familiar with & interested in but she will take time to know you and will introduce you to items you didnt know you needed yesterday, today, and tomorrow! This is a gift, a talent not all have!

Overall, the staff was excellent and my experience was heart warming! I can not wait to be back!!!
