This is by far, the best dealership/service center I have ever done business with.
Scott, the service manager went above and beyond. He truly was amazing!
His knowledge on Isuzu trucks was very impressive and saved us from what could have been a disaster!
My husband and I are from canada and were heading back home after going to Chicago. We broke down on the Indiana toll route as our fuse panel got ripped off with our mud flap. This caused serious damage to our tire and panel which then had no power to the truck. We were towed to a shop which turned us away as they don't work on Isuzu trucks. We were then towed to a highly recommended shop 2miles down the road which was Michiana.
We arrived after hours, so we waited with our truck till morning. The service center was not opened yet but Scott was in the shop well before 7am getting organized for the day.
He was fully booked but knew the emergency we were in. He completed what he was working on and then started on ours. We needed to replace the fuse panel and to order one would takes weeks!!!
He managed to find a scrap one on his yard and immediately started to replace it!
I couldn't believe 1. He was able to find the exact part 2. Was willing to assist us immediately and 3. Had not only the knowledge but patience to complete this massive job! Not to mention he had us back on the road the same day!!!!!!
This company had the perfect opportunity to take advantage of us but they didn't! Infact they gave us a price that was so unbelievably reasonable.
To the owners of this company, I want you to know your whole team is amazing!
Your kindness and excellent customer service goes above and beyond!
We made it home to Canada the night we left your facility.
We will definitely make the trip back out to this facility to service the truck and when time to buy a new one we will not hesitate to buy from you directly!!
Please know we are extremely thankful for the whole team.
Scott, you truly are our hero!!

This place is a scam. They claimed they fixed the problem 3 times and charged me $500-750 each time for diagnosis and to clear the system but the problem comes back every time. Then when you try to bring it back for issues that were supposed to be repaired they say they are backed up and can't get to it. Previous work should take precedents over new.
TAKE YOUR TRUCK ELSEWHERE!

Kari and the team of guys at this place are truly awesome. They get the job done and leave you feeling like you experienced some of that warm southern hospitality while freezing my buns here in Northern Indiana. They communicated with us about our truck every step of the process. If they serviced my car, I’d take it there - heck if they cared for pets and babies, it take them there too.

I always go the extra distance to take trucks from my fleet at work to MTC. They are thorough, and always take care of us. Great customer service as well! I end up regretting it if I ever drop them off somewhere else.

One of our drivers from out of state needed a repair and Michiana Truck Center worked with me over the phone just like you would hope, Professional, helpful and understanding. They understood that my driver needed to get back up and running to get home to Rochester NY. I called as soon as they opened, talked to the service dept. and they were able to get him right in and repair our truck quick and for a reasonable price. Our experience with Michiana Truck service Center was excellent and I would highly recommend them. Thank You Michiana Truck Center,
