Cannot recommend Donald more!!! As a young first time homebuyer, I was nervous about not understanding the costs and all the fees that go into buying a home. Initially, the different mortgage options seemed intimidating but thanks to Donald, it couldn't have been easier. He truly broke everything down and explained all of the different factors and costs to help give us the best price options. He is always happy and quick to answer any questions I have (which is a lot..)! Donald, I cannot thank you enough for everything you've done for us!

We have purchased two homes and refinanced our current home with Donald. He is quick to communicate and makes his clients feel valuable. As a realtor, I send many of my clients to him because I am confident that he will give them the same attention that I received. He also has a team of colleagues who can help with building credit for future qualification. There's no loan amount that is beneath or above his professional experience or genuine care for the individual.

Donald and his team are my go to people. Donald always put his customer's needs above and beyond any gain he might have, as he says I like to sleep at night. As a realtor, I always send my clients to Donald, and personally I had a couple of questions about refinancing my own home and it was actually cheaper for me NOT to refinance. When my loan company was calling me to refinance. That's what I consider have my best interest. I'm honored not only to do business with him but also to call him my friend.
