I want to give the biggest thank you and kudos to Christian Huertas! He was the one that helped me obtain the best mortgage loan program and did it in a short time! He worked day and night knowing that I had a short amount of time until I had to close on a shortsale. Plus he made sure I was able to benefit from the first time home buyer programs.
