Regions is one of the worst banks to deal with, they make everything difficult, I've never had the experience with a bank I have with Regions. DO NOT BANK WITH THEM unless you want your every interaction with them to be impossible and infuriating to do simple things.

I just opened a checking account with Regions and I had the best experience at this branch. From my experience going inside the bank speaking with Christy Schell, to using their drive-thru, both encounters were excellent.

Troy Williams was absolutely amazing in assisting us after we were victims of fraud. He was helpful, knowledgeable, and answered every question with the intent on making sure we were taken care of, which he did efficiently. 10/10 experience because of Troy!!

Came in today (a Saturday) with a couple of unusual needs, involving rolled coins and a 33 year old savings bond.

The line moved quickly, and accommodated my request right at the window quickly and with a friendly attitude. A stellar experience from beginning to end. Shoutout to Dorothy Walker for her help - she exceeded my expectations greatly.
