Tv was turned up loud couldn't hear the person working the counter. Got the wings and can't believe they counted this as a chicken wing.

This is probably by far the worse bdubs I have had . This is my 2nd time ordering from this location. The wings are always so hard you can’t even bite into them . What a waste of a chicken wing . The dry rub has none of the seasoning that it’s suppose to have. I can go on and on. Only thing that has been good the last 2 times the potato wedges have been good .

I was unaware that there was a cutoff for online orders. I placed the order before 10:30 pm. When I got there I was told they have a cutoff around 10:25 pm. Anything after that defaults to the next day @ 11:00 am. They could not see the order to cancel it or refund. I had to go back the next day. Thankfully I was able to go back. The order was waiting when I got there.

The two men who helped were friendly and helpful. I wanted to try the new Honey Mustard from Heinz. I ordered the wings and they were OUTSTANDING! YUMMMMM. I also ordered onion rings. They were crunchy and YUMMY!
The place is fine. It's for ordering Take Out. The atmosphere is fine fot Take Out.
You go for ordering wings and you won't be disappointed in the taste!!! Yummy, Yummy in my tummy😋😋😋

I ordered 40 wings a total of 4 blue cheese 4 ranch 4 celery and a large order of fries. My total was more than $60 and I paid cash on Sunday night during a snowstorm. I was having friends over. I picked up my order. When I returned home there was no blue cheese, ranch or celery but according to my receipt I was charged for them. However the receipt didn’t show how much each item cost. When I called and informed them of their mistake I was first told that the person who I was speaking with didn’t pack my order so it wasn’t his fault. I explained that if I came back to get the items or the refund for the items my food would be cold by the time I got back. I explained I would be happy to bring the entire order back and I would like a fresh order. I was told no they were not going to do that. So I asked for the manager and I explained that the error was not mine and my guest shouldn’t have to eat cold food. The manager argued with me for several minutes and then told me even if they cold remake my order it would be ate least an hour. At this point one of the gentlemen at my home spoke up (my phone was on speaker) and made a comment about bad customer service. And all of a sudden the manager murmured something and then hung up on me. I just don’t want to spend my money to be treated like that. I don’t want to have to argue with anyone. And since I paid cash I couldn’t just ask for a refund. What is wrong with people today. I’m sorry if it was free or discounted or a gift I would have happily accepted it and given a good review but I expect to get value for my money. I’m so feed up.
