Parcel heating did an excellent job installing a heat pump and furnace in our home. The installation was very tidy and well done by our installer Mike He was very particular and completed the job with care and expertise. I would highly recommend recommend Purcell Heating great guys very professional

We had a 20 year old heat pump that served us and the previous owners well, however it was getting to the point where it wasn’t reliable any more, and recently quit running. I was awaiting call backs from other companies, when I spotted the Purcell van in my neighborhood and proceeded to flag it down, which is when I met Brent. He made himself available right away to look at our system.
Brent provided me a number of options ranging from repair, replacement with a similar style of heat pump to replacement with a higher efficiency inverter unit that also operates at much lower temperatures in the winter. Brent answered all of our questions in an unbiased, non pressuring way and in the end we decided to go with the inverter unit. The system was delivered in a matter of days, and professionally installed my Micheal as soon as it arrived. Micheal was very professional and skillful, and got both the indoor and outdoor units installed in a day, ready for electrical hookups the next morning.Micheal came back to commission the system, and by the afternoon we were sitting in air conditioned comfort. We are so impressed with the system, we can not believe how quiet it is and how precise it controls the temperature. Brent is extremely knowledgeable of the equipment and latest technologies , and responsive to all calls and texts, regardless of the time. We highly recommend Purcell Heating and Air.

Brent and his team did a great job on our cabin in Windermere. From initial assessment, providing a couple budget options, to the final installation of our new AC and Furnance unit. The whole process went smoothly and they left the place tidy and working great. We had a great experience overall.

Purcell was awesome. We were in the market for a heat pump and made some calls around invermere but couldn’t find anyone to do the job. The weather was starting to warm up out here and we were in a little panic. I got the number given to me for Purcell, so I gave them a call. They picked up right away and were 100% on board to get the job done for us. After the first phone call, I had the product ordered and it was installed the following weekend when it arrived in town. We also did all of this being out of town from our vacation property. Everything went very smooth and works amazing. It was a pleasure to talk to them on the phone throughout the process! I would 100% give their number to anyone I know looking for services they provide!
