Lee Benson was our car salesman, and he was EXCELLENT! He was very helpful, kind and honest! There was zero pressure to purchase, very transparent through the entire process. We really appreciated his attentiveness and the fact that he was so personable as well. Metro Ford is the place to go for great service and friendly negotiations when buying a vehicle. The owner, Byron Erby is top notch, and he goes out of his way to show his appreciation to all of his customers. My sales consultant, Lee Benson was very knowledgeable of the business, his inventory and went out of his way to help my wife and I. Something know one wants is to be traveling and have vehicle issues. We stopped at Metro Ford Auto Mall in Tupelo, MS and southern service at its finest in the service department!!!! They pulled my vehicle history up on the Ford App and got us right in. Installed updates and all was good to go!!! A person sure can appreciate friendly, knowledgeable service like that!!!
