I had a very disappointing experience with Midas in Olive Branch.
My car was running perfectly fine before I handed it over for a routine oil change. However, when I received my keys after the oil change, the car would not start. I immediately asked the Midas team what had happened, and I was told that they needed to diagnose the vehicle and that I would have to pay $115 for the diagnosis.

After the diagnosis, I was told that the starter had failed and that the total cost to repair the car would be $623.

I contacted the Midas corporate office and explained the situation, hoping they would look into what happened since the car was working before I brought it in and would not start immediately after their service. I was transferred to the general manager for the area, but unfortunately, the response was very rude and unhelpful. I was simply told that they were not responsible for my car and that there was nothing they could do.

I ultimately had to contact another technician, who was able to fix my car.

What was most disappointing was not only the situation itself, but the lack of accountability and customer service afterward. I expected Midas to at least investigate the issue and work with me to understand what happened. Instead, my concerns were dismissed.

Based on this experience, I will not be returning to the Olive Branch Midas for any future services. I hope management takes this feedback seriously and improves both the customer service and the way situations like this are handled.

John, Austin, and Lori are especially great to work with. They always take the time to properly diagnose my vehicle, explain what’s needed, and get my car back to me as quickly as possible. The service has been impeccable every single time.

It’s hard to find a place you can truly trust with your vehicle, but I have complete confidence in this Midas location. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for quality, dependable service and a team that genuinely cares about their customers and their vehicles.

I had a great experience at Midas. The customer service was excellent from start to finish. Everyone was professional, friendly, and took the time to explain what was going on with my vehicle without making me feel pressured. I really appreciated their honesty, helpfulness, and willingness to work with me on pricing. It’s hard to find places that still provide genuine customer service, and this location definitely does. I will continue bringing my vehicle here and would absolutely recommend them to others.

We needed answers to our Jeep problems and we finally got some. John was very helpful and super patient with us. It’s never easy to deal with unexpected problems like these but when people are willing to help it makes it more manageable. 10/10 recommend

Great service. I loved how they not only fixed my initial issue, but they also gave me a breakdown of issues that will need repair in the near future. The staff was transparent and professional.
