Big Shout to Matt and Brandon!
They were so accommodating in the 97 degree heat.
I used my CarAdvise discount and they were so understanding… as I had no idea what I was doing 😅
Will definitely return in the future!

Thank you fellas! Famous Brandy

I’ve been going to the Valvoline Instant Oil Change on Old Forest Road for years, and they are always friendly, professional, and helpful. One of the best things is that you can stay in your vehicle while they complete the service, which makes the whole process quick and convenient.

During a recent visit, they noticed a potential concern with my vehicle and encouraged me to have it checked by the dealership. I really appreciated that they took the time to point it out instead of simply completing the oil change and sending me on my way.

Every visit has been a great experience! The team is honest and respectful. It’s clear they care about their customers and take pride in providing excellent service. I highly recommend the Valvoline Instant Oil Change on Old Forest Road!

Quick, friendly service. They were so kind and let me know everything they were doing, and they were honest about what needed done (which is not always the case as a single woman getting car maintenance done)! Highly recommend this place and this location specifically.

I've never been to a more caring place to have car service The whole staff exudes the professional and personable TRUE meaning of great customer service and teamwork. It's worth paying a bit more just for such a great experience each time I go there. I won't go anywhere else other than Valvoline unless it's not available. Lynchburg, Old Forest road..keep up the great work you do! Lexington, VA. has a great team as well and helped me greatly when I was traveling. Valvoline is consistent in caring!

They were spectacular, super friendly, and quick. I pulled in for an oil change on a Mazda cx9 2013. The mechanic was very nice and greeted me with a smile. They did a safety check by looking at battery life lights brakes and air in tires. He helped with cost and provided a 10 dollar coupon. I got to stay in car i got there at 1058 and left at 1114
