I contacted Lou's on a whim needing service on my 2014 Chevy truck and a 2020 VW Tiguan as we are preparing to move to AL. Lou and the team took my VW in early and had brakes and rotors changed and ready to go in less than 2 days. They also fixed an engine issue with stalling. I took my truck in after the VW was done and they did the same. Massive amounts of work done in 5 days! The honesty and friendliness of this team are impeccable. If/when my family and I move back to the area we will always go here from now on. My only regret is that I didnt know about Lou's sooner.

Lou is very nice! He really tries to take care of all his customers. His staff is also very knowledgeable. He does not overcharge people either. I trust him 100 percent with my cars.

Trustworthy, friendly and affordable. Lou is an honest man, who takes care of his customers. I won’t be using anyone else moving forward!

Extremely knowledgeable and honest gentlemen. Lou and Chris worked on my vehicle to replace a faulty ABS module. They were able to get the part in and have the vehicle fixed within a day. Thank you Lou and Chris for your diligent work to get me back on the road.

Deserves zero stars. Two separate instances they had my Aunts car for over a year and the second time a gazillion months. Issue was not resolved and lots of money wasted. Her car broke down literally five minutes after pulling off. I am pretty sure they didnt even fix the car. They just got tired of her calling and said that the car was ready! DO NOT do business here.
