I spent years going to Valvoline, since 2017 and I never had an experience like this. I went there around January to get a normal oil change and to top all the liquid on my car. (I dont mess with my car myself). Everyone was very nice. but today 10/14/26, I went to the one in Salem to get my oil change and they were all freaking out and I was worried why multiple people were in my hood, well they were telling me that the place that I went to last must have made a mistake because they found Washer Fluid in my radiator hose filled up. They were surprised that my car haven't over heated or had issues. they had to flush it out. Im so angry. I will be calling corporate to let them know.

I stopped by this store today with the hopes of having someone tell me why my check engine light came on earlier. I was helped by Gus and Demsy. They went above and beyond, taking the time to use the code reader and then explain to me their professional recommendations on where to get the appropriate fix/diagnostics. They then took the time to look at my engine and were able to recognize I had a disconnected wire (or something like that, I am not the car guy, they are). They were able to fix my issue in a moment and absolutely saved my day! I will be coming back to this location the next time my car needs services. Gus and Demsy, yall rock!

I went there to get my tire looked at because it was reading really low, when I pulled in the store manager Jesse pulled me in immediately and checked the air in ALL of my tires, not just the one that was low. He found the issue and was able to plug it all within 10 minutes max. Fast service and friendly people. Everyone was willing to help, and everyone was working together. I WILL be returning here for future issues. Special shoutout to Jesse and Shane for having me in and out fast. Thank you!

Best valvoline in town! Love how quickly they get you in and out. 10/10 manager, he introduces himself, and keeps you in the loop with EVERYTHING they’re doing. Quick efficient and accurate. Definitely choose this valvoline location for your needs. Will be returning.

They got me in and out quickly. Double checked everything. I get an oil change once a month because of work and this is the best experience I’ve had in a long time.
