I was greeted immediately by Jacob who scanned me in, & then the Manager came by and greeted me also.
Then Gayle assisted me with checking my lights and turn signals and reviewing routine maintenance. While Jacob & the crew below completed my Oil change, and replaced my Air filter. Gayle assisted me with payment and utilizing a coupon I got off line (which I love about Valvoline, you guys always have the Best coupons!)
All in all, this is why I choose this particular Valvoline (on Mill Plain Blvd) it’s quality, friendly service every time & they are a great team!

I had a amazing conversation with my CSR: Wesley. He was kind and made sure I understood all the questions and suggestions. The Topside: Robert was fast and great with lso answering questions. And the Bottomside: Dan was also fast and very nice. They all communicated with eachother effectively and efficiently while making my experience fun.

Went in for an oil change and a quick check on the basics. Dan was cool and seemed like he knew what he was talking about. I’m not a mechanic and don’t know much about cars. That being said I have a ‘05 hyundai elantra. It’s a new to me car and I knew it needed to be looked at. After the oil changed (which went well) I asked about everything else listed. They asked about tire pressure and asked if where they were was good, I told him “I don’t know, you’re the expert.” The only thing they recommended about my tires was to have them rotated. What happened here Dan?
