My entire experience was about 45 minutes, I Pulled in and there was no car in front of me so I got in there and there was a second one in the bay next to me. I figured it would be about 20 minutes, and I understand that there were difficulties, but it took so much time while I was in there because the car next to me had a dead battery. That wasn’t what really bothered me it was that you guys charged me $200 after coupon for an oil change that I got for under 100 with a coupon from Oil can Henry’s. Same car, 0-20 weight. I was in a rush to get this done, and I thought I would stop by because I was the first car. It was so overpriced, I wasn’t offered any discount or any apology before the wait. There are plenty of staff that could’ve dealt with the car, but the jump box wasn’t charged enough, they had to pull in somebody else’s vehicle to try and jump the car and I sat there waiting while the car was empty of oil when someone could’ve filled it no problem. I rarely the right reviews unless the experience is horrible, and it truly was. Added to that the price is more than double what I paid elsewhere I will not be returning. I’ve taken several cars there. You’re welcome to look it up on my account, I’ve never had a complaint or a problem, but this was a step too far.

Justin and Joseph are fabulous-efficient, helpful, knowledgeable about my car, and best of all had me safety back on the road quickly and with an oil change, engine light off, vacuumed car and helpful tips about my ignition and gas cap. I love learning new things every day AND being given such great and perfect help for me and my car.
Thank you!!! You guys are awesome.☺️👍🏼✔️

I had a great experience with Justin and Sky when I went in for my oil change! I went in with a tight budget and they explained everything to me in detail so I actually understood my car and felt zero pressure. My car had been sitting for a while and they even cleaned out some parts of my engine. They also went above and beyond to show me how to take out and clean my filter so I could save money in the long run. I will definitely be back because the service and people at this Jiffy Lube have always been 10/10 in my experience.Thank you guys!

My go-to place for now on. I had a 12hr work shift and they made my oil change a high priority so I was able to get back home with time to relax. I wish my car had more problems so I could go more often, the staff was incredibly friendly and gave the best service I've had in a long time. Worth every minute and every penny going here, they even gave me a discount. Hope they get more customers because the staff deserve a raise

All the gentlemen employees were incredibly kind and highly knowledgeable. I felt safe knowing they were taking good care of my car while also informing me of my cars needs and the why behind it. The whole service was quick and efficient which is why i love going to jiffy lube.
