Someone sideswiped my driver-side mirror and I was able to get a reasonable quote from Lents for repairs. Brought it in for an evaluation and took them about 5 days for the parts to come in. The installation appt took 15 mins and my car is looking brand new!

My insurance listed Lents as one of our approved body shops, and they had same day availability, so we went with them. The lobby/waiting area was very clean and had plenty of room and chairs to wait while I got my estimate. The staff at Lents made sure I was comfortable and were very helpful with how everything will proceed, including how the rental car process would work. They were very transparent with all of the work that was going to take place on my vehicle and did a great job explaining the work in detail if I had any questions. Once I was given an estimate on a completion date, Lents ended up having my car ready four days earlier than anticipated. I was able to get a ride to and from the rental car lot from Lents, which they were able to coordinate for me. Very helpful throughout the entire process, which can be stressful as you will be without your car for an extended period.

My car needed some work done after an accident, Lents auto body turned out to be amazing. It is a small family owned, which is a big reason I chose them. Their communication was always top tier and kept me updated on the status of my car quite regularly. They were quick and made my car look better than before the accident. I appreciate the care for my car and getting it back to me in a timely manner. Thank you!!

Lents Auto did a fantastic job with fixing up my F-150 after awreck. They managed a warped frame, replaced a custom steel bumper, and reinstalled my winch. I'm very happy with the work.

The customer service and communication was exceptional. I highly recommend this outfit.
