I bring all my cars and my girlfriend's cars here for oil changes. Have been for close to 7 or 8 years. Everytime I come for an oil change, the employees are knowledgeable, courteous and intent on getting me on with my day by being very good at their jobs. I fail to express how grateful I am with these simple words, but this store has become a point in my life on which I rely on to be a constant of quality and reliability. Thank you for saving me from having to do it myself!

I’m a Repeat customer. This location provides Professional outstanding Services. Great QA checks by CSR Supervisor Matt and team (Jake,Nate, Vic). Each time I’ve visited, Ive had have great service experiences. I especially like the two-person rule of a team member check and verify the procedures completed. I’m a military retired experienced supervisor of maintenance operations, and so I can confidently say that these guys have a good operating standard in place. I came for an oil change on a busy Friday afternoon and apparently everyone else decided to do the same thing. I had the opportunity to observe the employees while I was waiting in line . They were uber busy . The entire Valvoline staff were professional, friendly , accommodating and busting their behinds with a smile on their faces . I appreciate the honesty of my service tech because he informed me I still could get use out of my air filter and didn’t necessarily need a new one. When he showed me my existing air filter compared to the new one, I chose to purchase the new air filter . They also put air in one of my tires because the low tire pressure dashboard light came on Hiervet putting air in tires are among the many quality checks they automatically do . My the low brake fluid light was came on about a week before I went to get the oil change

This particular Valvoline location does not do brake fluids, and flush . However , the tech recommended I go to Les Schwab which is a few blocks away.

Keep up the excellent customer service and technical skills! Sone of these car dealerships, restaurants,
TSA’s and others businesses could learn what excellent customer service and professionalism is from Valvoline .

Within 10minutes of leaving the under tray of my car was hanging, not screwed correctly! And dripping!? Of course when I call them back they don’t get back to me leaving me stuck on the side of the road trying to figure out how to fix their mistake. Completely unacceptable.Update: Two hours later I’m still here with a technician confirming that the job was done right at all and missing key pieces.

Mike was amazing took good care of me and my car, also made me very knowledgeable on when I should return and found a tool that was left in my engine that a previous mechanic left. Thank you soo much Mike & team!!
