Wow!! I am impressed with the level of customer service at this location. They were very responsive to my inquiries and needs of my car. The Manager was very quick to help the team. It’s hard to find this level of customer service. I will be a returning customer. Old school customer service, honest and trustworthy. Loved it!!!

Kevin and Evan and Fred did the best job on my oil change, tire rotation and rear dif service! I drove away in what felt like a new truck! 5 stars for service, cleanliness, great attitudes and how knowledgeable they are. Thanks guys, 10 out of 10, going back again.

I find your lack of oil changes… disturbing.

I arrived at Valvoline, my engine choking like a rebel fleet under my command. The darkness within my vehicle was… complete. My dashboard flickered like a dying star.

And then… salvation.

The technicians approached—not as mere mortals—but as masters of the mechanical Force. With precision sharper than a lightsaber, they drained the corrupted oil from my engine and replaced it with liquid power itself.

I could feel it… the strength returning. The hum of my engine became smooth… controlled… unstoppable.

“Impressive,” I muttered, as they checked my fluids, my filters, my very essence. Not once did they falter. Not once did they disappoint.

Time? Faster than the Kessel Run.

Service? Stronger than the Dark Side.

Price? Acceptable… for an empire.

I left not as a broken machine… but as something greater.

A fully operational battle vehicle.

SUPER DUPER GREAT SERVICE THE WHOLE TEAM WAS VERY FRIENDLY AND NICE. THEY WERE VERY KNOWLEDGEABLE OF THE SERVICE DUE FOR MY VEHICLES WILL BE COMING BACK TO DO THEM ALL TOGETHER THE MANAGER KYLE WAS SUPER FRIENDLY AND INTRODUCED HIMSELF WHEN I FIRST ARRIVE AND MADE ME ASSURE THAT I WAS GOING TO BE WELL SERVICED.

The overall service was fine and the staff was polite, but I was extremely disappointed by the extra charge for the cabin/air filter.

I was charged $59.99 to replace the air filter on my Honda CR-V, while the exact same filter costs around $19.99 at any auto parts store. On top of that, the replacement took less than one minute—no exaggeration.

This feels like a huge markup for something very basic and misleading if you’re not careful. My advice to other customers: do NOT agree to any extra services here without asking the price first. The oil change itself was fine, but the add-on charges are not reasonable.

Very disappointing experience despite otherwise decent service.
