I came and got my oil change done quickly with no wait time. They even informed me about a recall I didn't even know my car had, which was beyond exceptional service. Huge thank you to Noel Dash and Mike Wilson. N, Freddy, Hector, and Isaac for helping keep my car updated and my family safe!!!

I've been here only twice after moving across the country, and the service here is infinitely better than my previous go-to shop, despite the slight increase in price for just a base oil change.

The staff is friendly and communicative. Everything recommended both times by Winfred were explained well so I could fully understand what services were being offered both times I've gone in. A quick and easy in and out experience.

I would highly recommend!

had such an amazing experience at the Valvoline Instant Oil Change location on Connecticut Avenue. Alexis and Ayden were absolutely incredible — not only friendly and kind, but genuinely knowledgeable.
This was honestly the first time I’ve ever left an oil change feeling like I actually learned something about my car. They took the time to explain things in a way that felt approachable, not overwhelming, which I really appreciated.

Customer service like this is rare. They were patient, professional, and just overall really great people. You can tell they care about what they do and about the customers they’re helping.
I’ll definitely be coming back to this location and recommending it to all my friends. Alexis and Ayden made what’s usually a routine errand into such a positive experience!

(Hector as well! My car is running beautifully!!!)

Five stars all the way!!! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Dustin M., Gustavo, and Waldy were SO incredible! They took such great care of me and made what could have been a stressful visit feel easy and reassuring. They were thoughtful and thorough, and they explained everything in a way that actually made sense. I never felt rushed or overwhelmed. You can tell they genuinely care about their work and the people they help. I left feeling completely confident that my car was in the best hands. So grateful for them. Truly such a great experience! 😊

I had a great experience at Valvoline today! Dustin was friendly and knowledgeable and he went through each recommended service item. He took the time to explain everything and showed me what the priorities were and what could wait until my next visit. He also checked for available coupons that saved me some money, which is always appreciated. Both he and Jason performed the service in a timely and complete manner. I will definitely return to that Valvoline location.
