The team really came together to figure out how to service my unusual vehicle. They took their time and let me help them find details online. Great job! Above and beyond

We have been here several times and every experience has been fantastic. The oil change is so quick, they let you stay in your car, show your oil level, and the techs are incredibly kind and professional. No upselling, and its one of the first places we have been where they show your air filter but tell you it doesn't actually need changed.

We have also used the mechanic side, and the mechanic was the same. Proffesional, kind, explained everything, and honest. Everything he fixed we have had 0 issues with since over a year later.

I usually like Valvoline but this location has very questionable employees. During my oil change, I asked them if they could check on my AC because it was running okay but seemed like it could use a recharge. They didn’t give me any information on what they do they just charged it and completely broke the system. I only paid because they promised it would get cold in 20 minutes of driving.

After 20 minutes I called, they said oh it probably broke you’ll have to go to a mechanic. I was very frustrated and asked them to refund the $290 AC charge from my card. They said no refunds, they disclose that on a document they have people sign. I told them I didn’t sign anything, their reply was “oh we just signed it for you”. That alone should tell you all you need to know about this place. Now I have to dispute the charge with my credit card company.

I took it to a mechanic and he said Valvoline over charged my compressor and sent shards through my system. I now have to replace my entire AC system for $2600. After all that they still won’t at least be honorable and give me my $290 back.

My summary is don’t let this location touch your vehicle until they get better, more qualified, caring employees.

As a woman who frankly doesn't know much about cars I'm always worried about getting taken advantage of at places like this. Mark, the owner, was so helpful and informative without being condescending (and didn't mind me following him to see what he was doing, or at least hid it well) I tried to tip him and he wouldn't take it 11/10 Thank you so much!!

Friendly, helpful and knowledgable staff. Fast and efficient. Preston and Nick were professional and answered all my questions. Recommndations were given and services offered without being pushy. Would definitely go here again and recommend their services to others. Thanks guys!
