I placed an order from the catering menu to be delivered for a very special party. Jason B, the GM made sure every thing was prepared to 100% satisfaction. Jason went over everything with me when the food came to the delivery point. We realized that I had miscommunicated to him on one of the items but he immediately called his team at the deli to remake the items. He rushed back with the correct sandwiches. He showed me customer service in every possible way, that day. Everything looked so nice and appealing in the boxed trays. He also included a couple extra things that made our party just a bit more perfect! Thank you Jason and McAllister Deli team!

So happy we came to try out this place! Everything was so tasty! I got the half and half sandwich - bbq chicken crunch & ruben, my husband got the Ruben with a side of potato salad & our daughter got the turkey toastie with broccoli and a cookie!!! I also went back in to grab a spud.... omg, it was unexpectedly HUGE! Loaded & yummy! The sweet tea is phenomenal as well. The staff is super friendly and helpful - all happy and cheerful!!! I love it. Will 100% be back! So many great things about this place from food to service!

I don’t care to dine in when it’s busy cause it’s small but other than that, I completely replaced Panera with them. Food is way better. Portion size is bigger so I don’t mind the price either. Like holy dip lol

We tried McAlister's Deli for the first time and really enjoyed the whole experience. Service was friendly and fast, they said food would be out in 15 minutes, it was done in 10. The Spud was the biggest baked potato I have ever seen and so yummy.

Got the Memphian and I swear this sandwich gave me a spiritual experience. Turkey, ham, and roast beef all chilling together like the most delicious peace treaty ever signed. The Mac n’ Cheese was so creamy I briefly forgot my own name. Staff was fast and friendly—pretty sure they got my food out before I even finished blinking. Clean place, great prices, 10/10 would stuff my face here again. And again. And again.
