if i could give this place a 0 i would. I love chipotle down but this location seems to be the worst one ive ever been to. Starting off with proportions, i undertand its extra for double chicken but using half the spoon and charging me extra for the other half is ridiculous, whats so hard about using the full scoop of chicken? 3 scoops of rice and half a scoop of chicken is insane. Last time i checked , extra corn should be free so whats with the attitude when i asked for extra corn?!! Chipotle please do better !! my bowl looks like i got no chicken in it.

one of the most chopped chipotles i’ve been to. went in at 8pm on friday and there was a decent line. I asked for fajita veggies and the employee was scraping the bowl to get 2 single pepper shreds into my bowl. I asked if there were anymore to which he said would take 10 minutes. I said I’d wait and sat down. Another employee pulled out another dish of them and had them topped off in less than 30 seconds. They were also out of chips? This chipotle always disappoints. Drive 5 minutes to the one in Padonia or Timonium.

This is the worst chipotle I’ve ever been to when it comes to customer service. I understand that it is a fast paced restaurant but the workers are extremely rude, they barely know any English, they rush you out the door and rush when you’re ordering food. They move to fast to where they mess up your order. It’s ridiculous. For such a big food chain you’d think you’d hire some decent people.

I ordered from this Chipotle location for the first time via DoorDash, and I am extremely disappointed. I found a foreign object in my food, which is completely unacceptable. I’ve eaten at many different Chipotle locations, and this is the first time I’ve ever experienced something like this. The food safety and quality control at this specific location are extremely concerning. I would advise others to be very careful.

Great food! Had a newer guy making my food, did great! Not over done, just right. Pleasant guy, doing his best. Interacting with customers as well. Nice location, eat on the patio, don't forget the chips n guacamole too.
