Arrived at this particular location to get food however the location wouldn’t allow us to use the restroom so though we arrived at 9:00 pm. It seems the location had already cleaned the bathroom and didn’t want any customers to use the bathroom. We couldn’t even dine in because the location was rushing to clean up and put up the chairs.

We have eaten at this location multiple times before and have never had an issue, but tonight we experienced absolutely unacceptable behavior. We came here hungry and ordered our food explicitly for dine-in. Instead, the staff handed us takeout bags because they wanted to close the dining area early for their own convenience.They completely blocked off the entire seating area and locked both restrooms just to mop the floors. The mopping was completely finished and the floor was just drying, but they flat-out refused to let us sit down. When I asked the employee where we were supposed to eat the food we just paid for, she literally told me, 'I don't know.'The staff clearly cares more about their own comfort than serving loyal, paying customers. It is completely unacceptable that you spend your own hard-earned money only to be treated like trash. On top of that, mopping the entire lobby while guests are ordering creates a major slip-and-fall hazard. Avoid this location late at night unless you want to eat in your car! To make it worse, their customer service is completely non-existent. I filed a formal complaint with corporate, and the local franchise management team completely ignored the escalation for over two weeks without a single response. They only responded after I personally sent a harsh corporate follow-up. This is insane and proves there is zero management or oversight at this store. They clearly do not care about customer safety, basic hygiene, or paying guests. I highly advice you to avoid this location

The girl who was there today at 4am at the drive through was rude. i had to pull around front to wait for my food even tho there was no one in the drive through. That wasn’t the issue tho the issue was that when I got my drink and it wasn’t what I asked for I told the girl she got an attitude and when she came back with the drink she had and attitude. They always forget something and get the order wrong and when you correct it it’s an issue it’s like they don’t want to work or just want do the bare minimum.

This place owes me $12. As I walked to this location, I tried to order for pickup/dine-in via the app around 8:55pm on a Thursday because the app indicated that their dining room was open until 10PM. But after four attempts to order through the app, it simply wouldn’t process. But I then got order cancellation emails in my mailbox. So, I give up on the app and simply walk into the restaurant about 9:15 pm and order at the kiosk. After ordering a simple
whopper, drink, and fries, I then try to sit in the dining room but am quickly informed that the dining room is closed. I’m annoyed but I decide to just deal with it and stand in the lobby to wait for my food. A few minutes later, a worker comes to the front and asks everyone “Who ordered fries?—because we’re out of fries.” I was the only one who had ordered since I walked in, and at this point I decide that I’m done. I tell her that I am the one who ordered fries, and that she can just cancel my order because I intended to eat in the dining room that, according to BK’s website, was closed about 45 minutes early. I then kept my mouth shut about the absurdity that this location, which is marked as open 24 hours, ran out of fries at 9pm. She seemed to understand and started typing into the register. So, thinking that we had wasted enough of each other’s time, I calmly emphasized a second time to simply cancel the order as I walked out. Shocker, my order was never cancelled. The $12 charge is still on my credit card. I tried to contact BK via the app but its automated reply was to go back to the store to deal with it. This would obviously not only be a hassle but incredibly awkward. And when I tried to dispute the charge on my credit card, it indicated that I’d have to call my bank to explain, which simply wasn’t worth the time
and frustration to wait on hold. The most disappointing part was that I had great experiences with the day-shift at this location. Apologies for the long spiel, but this is mostly an effort to put this issue on corporate’s radar.

I usually come here late at night through the drive-thru, and this has happened multiple times (3rd or 4th visit). Every time, I get a sandwich that is clearly not fresh — extremely greasy, tastes old, and even the bread is cold.

It feels like the food has been sitting for a long time before being served, especially during late-night hours. I gave this place several chances, but nothing improved.

I do NOT recommend this location, especially at night. They seriously need to fix their food quality and freshness
