For me I would NOT order the specials that are too good to be true. I installed the KFC App. Because it seems like that's going to be the only way to order in the future. So a special popped up, 5 chicken fingers for $5.
Well 50% was fried batter, and the rest I don't know what to call it.
From now on staying away from too good to be true offers.

It's 12 noon, no one in drive thru and I'm the only person in line. After a few minutes the lady with the mask says can I help you with an attitude. She and the lady in the back seemed like they did not want to be there, so I left. At this rate I expect to pull up one day and this kfc will be gone. This is not the first time.

Kfc is a hit or miss. Sometimes the food is good and Sometimes it's not. I don't like the way they changed the $10 Tuesday to legs and thighs only. Also when you earn points you have to pick items they want you to have. Not what you really want. Kfc never offer you any free food or half off when they mess up your order. All they do is apologize and thats it.

Food was terrible! Not only was my chicken undercooked it had no taste! Biscuits were too brown. I gave a 1* because the cashier was nice.

This place made me wait 15 minutes for my food, only for me to get home and find out the chicken is raw- in multiple items. Oh and then they tried to deny me a refund because they “don’t do refunds”. Can’t wait to forward my urgent care bills to KFC corporate. Haven’t been here in years and now I remember why. Also don’tcuss because the employees there have never heard a curse word and it scares them. Spend your money at Chick-fil-A. Any least the just want you dead and don’t actually try to kill you.
