Shariffa is the most patient and knowledgeable banker one could ask for.
She resolved multiple account problems and provided very professional advice and services during our session.

Hi everyone, I want to share my experience as a business owner. Overall, I like Chase Bank and have been a happy customer for many years. However, my experience at the Chase branch in Billerica was extremely disappointing.
The branch manager was unprofessional, and the notary on staff was completely unhelpful and appeared unqualified, despite holding a notary license. The level of service was far below what I expect from Chase.
This was the worst experience I’ve had with Chase in over 10 years as a customer. I hope Chase reviews the management and staff at this location, because it does not reflect the standards of the bank as a whole.
