I have had an account with this bank/branch since my parents set it up when I was a young child. I’ve always had great service until today and it was horrible.
A few weeks ago, I called in to see what I needed to bring in to update my name on my account - I was told just an updated drivers license. Today, I go in with my child in a stroller, fighting with the doors that do not have a handicap button, finally get in and start talking to a teller, ask if I can update my name and she looks over her shoulder at a manager. The manager talks over the teller and asks if it’s marriage or divorce, I say marriage, she quickly says “well do you have the license with you?” I proceeded to say no, going to explain I was told I only needed a drivers license for her to sharply say that they will not help me and continued to walk away. A different lady came to the conversation and said that needs to be updated because in order to update your drivers license, you have to prove so much information and the original lady continued to make annoyed responses until she started to walk out of the lobby. Not a single word from the rest of the 4 tellers sitting there. So I left very dissatisfied from this interaction but lack of proper communication previously. I would be happy to take my marriage license in but I was told that was unnecessary and then to be treated with such rude customer service was disgusting.

They hoops you have to jump through to make a payment vs how easy it is to pay literally any other bill online is a huge negatrive for me. Customer service was good though.

I have banked with this credit union for over 5 years and have a credit score in the 700's. Lately everything i ask for they tell me I'm sorry we cant do that. I specifically called the manager for an auto loan and she couldn't call me back. I was pre approved for a $50,000 5.99% and a dealership that i went through for a used car was able to beat them at .5%. I also called to add a authorized user to my account on my credit card and they have yet to get that done. been working on this for well over a week.
It's like they don't want my business!!!!
