During my consultation, Mark clearly explained the process, the strategy they would use, and the steps I would need to take. Unlike other companies that made vague promises or immediately requested payment, he took the time to educate me and make sure I felt comfortable moving forward.

Mark also understood that my goal isn’t just to reach a certain credit score—it’s to rebuild responsibly and make better financial decisions as my credit improves. I gave this place 5 months to get a simple job done, they made no progress at all. They just continued to take my money with no further efforts just the same process that doesn’t work.

I have no debt just late payments that happened during Covid which should have been an easy removal but they don’t care enough to make the effort in my Opinion.

I do not recommend this company please go and find another company that would care more and not just your monthly payments.

Sterling, the gentleman and professional that l had the pleasure of chatting with on the phone and who was nothing less, was also awesome with dynamic energy as he presented the contact. I heard they were the ones to go to but talking with them or him, Sterling, was refreshing, informative and quite the confidence builder. A way more better experience than Lexington Law.
