I have been a member for 25 years. The service has always been good and problems corrected quickly.
You do not stand in line waiting to make a deposit while a teller is explaining in non English where the persons $5 went for 15 minutes like some of the other credit unions we do business with. Quick in and out with a follow up call if necessary.

Not great service. The branch can’t issue debit card's. I’ve banked there 30 years and they won’t even deposit an endorsed check for a low amount from my son. Just not like other major credit unions. One star.

I’ve had nothing but positive experiences with America United Credit Union. The staff is always welcoming and helpful, and they really go out of their way to make banking simple and stress-free. I appreciate how they take the time to answer questions and find the best solutions for my needs. It’s nice to work with a credit union that truly cares about its members!

Wow bring lots of business to this Credit Union I use my grace period on my loans but never more than 30 days late and they use that against me saying that I’m not current and need to be current even to consider and it is not a guaranteed. I have recently got into a car accident No empathy what so ever I ask for 20 dollars overdraft fee as a courtesy.. last overdraft fee reverse was On November of 2023. I can’t wait for this junk fee to be removed through Congress this bill needs to be pass. I came and made a deposit to bring my account current and only ask for 1 not multiples. But I guess they don’t appreciate my business. Plus I have so many years in this industry as well and been very successful showing empathy to my customers and consumers.
