It is a great place to buy hot sauce, if you're really into hot sauce.....They have a very good selection of different brands and some you can sample if you're not sure what to buy......So I would highly recommend this place

Even thoigh they have good selection, it is very expensive and we had a terrible shopping experience.
The lady with glasses working there didn't even bothered to say hi whem we entered, even though the store was totally empty.
When I asked if she has a sample for one particular sauce, she almost yelled "No!".
Like she was bothered to deal with the customers.

Absolutely outstanding customer service. The gentleman who helped us was knowledgeable, passionate, and genuinely excited about what he was doing—a rare thing these days. I’d go back just to talk hot sauce with him. Chilly Chiles is number one—no competition.

Bought their HELLFIRE RE-BOOTED DOUBLE DOOMED. Fun sauce, it’s apparently their hottest actual sauce (apart from just straight extracts). The taste is great, and I have it every day.

I went to buy hot sauces for a hot one’s birthday party and Don was the absolute best. He helped me come up with an entire line up of my own using what seemed like an infinite knowledge of sauces, their flavours and heat, the show, and so much more. He really took his time to educate me and answer all my questions. If there’s any sort of performance based raise please give him it. Thank you Don!

I’ve been to this store a few times and have always had a great experience. Absolutely amazing selection! The lady that was working that day, whom I assume is the manager, was very helpful and knowledgeable. Guided me in the right direction for some mid-level daily use sauces. Three great selections that go with anything. My only complaint… I wish I could go there more often!

They have so many sauces here it’s really a fun place to try different levels of spice and all the different flavours available in your dishes.
The clerk was very friendly and gave me a huge sample of the hottest pure reaper pepper sauce. It was delicious and very hot indeed! Hopefully I get some for Fathers Day.
