Greta experience. We were able to try most if not all the meats available. Great choice of cuts. The salad bar is also good with many different cheeses and cold cuts. Since we were there for brunch they also had an omelet and waffle station. They also gave us a slice of cake because we were there celebrating my wife's birthday. Overall good experience.

We really enjoyed the atmosphere of the food The meat was delicious. We came to try out the 19.99 market table. We got la picanha for $20 more and it’s basically like an all you can eat. It was delicious. Different types of Picanha garlic and spices. We really enjoyed our server She was able to explain all of the menu her name was Cristal

My husband and I came in for the full Brazilian churrasco experience, and overall it was a really lovely night out. We upgraded to the more expensive churrasco tier (around $100/person, which includes extra premium cuts and dessert), and while it was a great meal, my honest takeaway is that the traditional churrasco (~$75/person) is the better value — the upgraded extras just weren't noticeably better than the standard cuts.
The meat: Everything that came around tableside on the churrasco was excellent — perfectly cooked and well seasoned. A standout was the roasted pineapple, finished with a clove and brown sugar topping that gave it this warm, almost holiday-spiced flavor against the char. Interestingly, the items prepared back in the kitchen (rather than roasted and carved tableside) were noticeably weaker across the board.
The salad bar: This absolutely stole the show and, on its own, beats Texas de Brazil's spread (we've been to both). The whipped feta was so garlicky and rich I could have eaten it all night — it elevated every piece of meat I paired it with. The quinoa tabbouleh was outstanding, the Mediterranean and Sunrise salads were both excellent, and the cold gazpacho was a great palate cleanser to dip meat into. There was also a sweet-salty bacon crisp I couldn't stop eating, and a genuinely impressive exotic fruit selection — dragon fruit, papaya, prickly pear — well beyond the usual honeydew-and-melon buffet standard. The one miss: the ranch dressing tasted like straight mayonnaise, which was surprising for a restaurant at this level. Skip the basic green salad and go straight for the specialty items instead.
Extras from the manager: A manager brought us complimentary crab cakes and a beautiful charcuterie board, both lovely gestures. The crab cakes had big, generous chunks of real crab, but the accompanying sauce and added crumbs also tasted overwhelmingly like mayonnaise — a letdown given how good the crab chunks by itself was. The charcuterie board, on the other hand, was beautifully composed and a really nice touch.
Dessert: The chocolate cheesecake was the best thing we had all night — rich and decadent. Unfortunately, the crème brûlée cheesecake had an off, slightly fishy taste that neither of us could quite place. The lobster tail (part of the upgraded tier) was also a bit overdone and chewy.
Service: Truly impeccable. Managers were visibly present throughout the night, and since tips are pooled among staff, every server was happy to jump in and help any table, not just their own — which made service feel seamless.
A couple of small suggestions: There's no printed or posted list of meat options anywhere, which would be tough for a first-time churrasco guest trying to know what to expect. A manager kindly hand-wrote us a list by meat category (beef, pork, chicken, lamb) when we asked, which was above and beyond, but a QR code or small menu card would make this much easier for everyone. Also, the table marker used to signal "still eating" vs. "done" is just a plain coaster with no visible indicator, so it's easy for servers to miss whether you're actively working through a course.
Bottom line: Incredible salad bar, excellent tableside meats, and outstanding service — I'd go back in a heartbeat, but I'd stick with the traditional churrasco next time rather than the upgraded tier.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Amazing Experience at Fogo de Chão!

We visited Fogo de Chão on Friday at 8:30pm for a special birthday dinner, and overall, we had a wonderful experience! The restaurant was definitely busy, and even though we had a reservation, we waited about 25 minutes. Once we were seated, though, the experience really picked up.

Our waiter was absolutely wonderful—very nice, down-to-earth, and attentive. The restaurant itself was beautifully set up, and the atmosphere was perfect for a special night out. The food was absolutely delicious, and there was so much variety to enjoy. 🥩🍷✨

There was a small mishap with my drink initially—a hair was found on the orange garnish. However, I want to give credit where it’s due: the staff handled it quickly and professionally. They immediately apologized, replaced the drink, and made sure the situation was taken care of without any issue.

Aside from that one small incident and the wait, everything was GREAT! The food, atmosphere, service, and overall experience made for a memorable evening.

Thank you, Fogo de Chão, for helping make our night special! We truly enjoyed ourselves and will definitely be back! ❤️🥩🍷

Quick shout out- Can’t remember my waiter name but we were a party of two (and set to the side). He was a younger guy. The customer service rep(I can’t remember if that’s the title), another younger male who came to apologize and fixed the drink issue service was also top tier.

We arrived at Fogo de Chão as a party of 11 for our 6:15 PM reservation. We arrived on time, but we were not seated until 6:56 PM, more than 40 minutes after our scheduled reservation time.

What made the experience especially frustrating was how the delay was handled. Around 6:30 PM, staff walked our entire party through the restaurant to what we believed was our table, despite us having a family member in a wheelchair. Once we arrived, we were told the table was not actually ready and were escorted all the way back to the waiting area. This was inconvenient, unnecessary, and showed a lack of consideration, particularly for a guest with mobility challenges.

Delays can happen, but communication and customer service matter. There was no sense of urgency, no meaningful apology, and no effort to acknowledge that this was an issue on the restaurant's end. We honored our reservation by arriving on time and expected the same respect for our time.

Unfortunately, the issues did not end there. My wine was served in a dirty wine glass, and several members of our party received dirty plates and utensils. This is completely unacceptable. Basic cleanliness should never be overlooked, and these items should be inspected before being placed on a guest's table.

Another disappointment was that the beans contained pork. While that may be fine for some guests, it would have been helpful if it had been clearly communicated, as my husband does not eat pork.

I will give credit where it is due. The meat was absolutely outstanding, some of the best we've had, and our server, Cassie, was exceptional. She handled multiple large parties with professionalism, stayed attentive, and provided excellent service throughout our meal. She is the reason this review receives two stars instead of one.

Overall, the poor handling of our reservation, the cleanliness issues, and the lack of attention to detail overshadowed what could have been a great dining experience. Sadly, based on this visit, we will not be returning. Please do better. Guests with reservations should not have to wait over 40 minutes, be walked to a table that is not ready, or question the cleanliness of the dishes and glassware being served.
