I ordered and paid for two smoothies online 3 days ago. When I arrived to pick them up, after the time I was given, first the woman asked if I had an online order and left me sitting there 5 or 6 minutes. Then somebody else came and told me that they did not have watermelon and could not make what I had ordered.
When I asked if they could refund it because it was for my son who wanted a specific thing, they told me they could not and I would have to go online and contact customer service.
I did this and 3 days later have still not heard anything from them but the charges are still on my card for what I paid for and did not receive.

I've been very pleased with the service at this location. The staff is always friendly, the food is always correct and my smoothies are always made to perfection. I will definitely continue to visit this location.

I was really disappointed in my Santa Fe chicken dilla . For 8 dollars i expected it to be stuffed full like the picture shows . It was basically empty. It was snack size if that. My wife’s smoothie was good but I won’t be ordering food again. No where close to 8 dollars value. I thought it would be big enough to share for 8.00

I just wanted to take a moment to share how truly grateful I am for my experience at Tropical Smoothie Cafe. From the moment I walked in, I was struck by how clean and well-maintained the entire establishment was. It immediately made me feel comfortable and confident in the quality of care they put into everything they do.

What stood out the most, though, was the exceptional service. Courtney went absolutely above and beyond to ensure my safety and peace of mind. I mentioned that I have a tomato allergy, and she didn’t just acknowledge it. She took it seriously. She made sure to inform the staff preparing my food and even had them completely change their gloves to prevent any cross-contamination. That level of attentiveness and genuine care is rare, and it meant so much to me.

The entire team demonstrated outstanding courtesy throughout my visit. Everyone was friendly, respectful, and clearly committed to providing a positive experience for their customers. It’s also incredibly meaningful to see how they support and honor the military. It speaks volumes about their values as a business.

Overall, I couldn’t be more appreciative of the service I received. Thank you to Courtney and the entire team for creating such a welcoming, clean, and thoughtful environment. I’ll absolutely be coming back!

New building. Everything looks nice and clean. Service was horrendous. We walked in. There were 4 employees milling About doing various tasks. They all saw us and immediately turned their backs to us. We patiently waited to be acknowledged. After several awkward minutes one of them looked at the other and walked up and stared at us. We asked if they had any gluten free options. He turned around and asked a girl cleaning right behind him who just shook her head and kept working. It was just a very unprofessional and unpleasant experience.
