Agave and Sal my new place for real authentic seafood place. Absolutely delicious! Everything we ordered was full of flavor, beautifully presented, and the portions are very generous, you definitely get plenty of food.
The bistec ranchero had a very authentic, homemade flavor. I ordered a side of rice and beans to go with my pulpo y camarones zarandeados, and I can honestly say they were some of the best rice and beans I’ve ever had. They complemented the seafood so well.
The pulpo y camarones zarandeados were incredibly flavorful. The octopus was beautifully grilled with just the right amount of char, and the shrimp were large, meaty, and cooked perfectly. I especially loved how easily the shrimp peeled away from the shell. The fried potato slices were also a great addition and gave the plate a nice crispy, savory touch.
The presentation was impressive as well. The dishes came out colorful, fresh, and beautifully arranged. The pulpo and shrimp platter looked amazing with the fresh cucumbers, tomatoes, lettuce, grilled seafood, and potatoes.
And the torre de mariscos… that sauce was seriously addictive! The tower itself was huge and loaded with seafood, avocado, cucumber, and fresh flavors. I couldn’t finish it, so I had to take the rest home, and yes we will absolutely finished it today. 😂
As far as the atmosphere, it has the typical vibe you find at many local seafood restaurants around Las Vegas, away from the Strip. It’s more of a lively, casual, local seafood spot rather than a polished Strip-style restaurant. If you enjoy that type of environment, this is definitely the place for you.
Overall, the food was fresh, authentic, generously served, and packed with flavor. I would definitely come back, especially for the seafood. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Agave Y Sal – Sin Town Surprise
Rolled into Vegas craving homemade Mexican food and gave Agave Y Sal a shot. No hype, just real food. Greeted warmly by a cordial waitress who steered me toward the On The Rocks margarita—perfect call. Fresh lime and tequila hit just right.
Ordered the Tampiqueña plate: medium-cooked skirt steak with a chicken enchilada (my choice), lightly grilled bell peppers, rice, and refried beans. But heads up—those dry red chiles sneak in hot! Camouflaged and fiery.
Bottom line: If you want legit, no-pretend homemade style in Vegas, this place delivers. Just watch for the chiles.

Total hidden gem! The seafood here is incredibly fresh—you can really taste the quality . I had the camarones zarandeados , It had the perfect amount of heat and lime. The service was fast and friendly, making it feel like a quick trip to the coast in Mexico . Definitely coming back for the shrimp empanadas!"

I tried the enchiladas and they are amazing! The tortillas were perfectly tender without being soggy, and the green sauce was rich and authentic. It came out piping hot with plenty of melted cheese. Highly recommend if you’re looking for a solid comforting Mexican dish in the area. Order the Cucumber drink!! 10/10
