So I placed an order through the app (dine in) with an estimated wait time of 4 minutes. Keep in mind (I have a 30 min break from my job) It took me around 10 minutes to get there so my order should have been ready by then. When I arrive I find the 2 cashier just having a conversation while I was CLEARLY standing in front of them waiting for their help. This was not any important conversation I could overhear them talking about boys. So after they were done talking they’ve helped me and they said they’ll get my order started right away. I was not being rude or made any faces I only asked for them to change it to go because of the time. So I had to wait another 6-8 minutes then by that time I had to head back to work or I would be late to clock in. In the end I did not get to eat my food and I had to leave my drink behind because I’m on a bike. I could carry the bag but not the drink. If they have started the dine in order when they were supposed to I would have been able to eat and drink no problem. I’m unsure if this was an technical issue on their end but if it wasn’t they must of “not seen it on the big screen” also it was not a busy time there were not many customers dining in or in the drive through line. Have a nice day hey cashiers please don’t talk about your boy problems when a customer is right in front of you thank you.

Had to check in on the newest Noblesville location.

Ordered on the app, less than 5 minutes after I scanned my table number my food was delivered. Milkshake and all, hot, fresh, and delicious!

This one was very nice. Honestly nicer than our brand new one in our town. Part of it was the like landscaping to be honest. Just made it prettier. The parking lot was much easier to navigate and know where to go. I believe they did too much of a rush job on ours and they could have picked a better area to put it.

We have always enjoyed chick-fil-A, but unfortunately wont be returning to this one. We ordered a 12 piece nugget w/ waffle fry’s & a salad. Got home and looked in the bag, only got 8 nuggets not even the size of a quarter. The fries were all little broken pieces of the full waffles too. Not sure if portions got smaller or something but we will just be taking our business to 1 of the hundred of other area chicken restaurants instead.

I wanted to share some feedback about my recent visit. I ordered a #7 (grilled chicken sandwich) with no bun, wrapped in lettuce. When I received my order, I noticed that the bacon portion was very small, consisting of just a few small pieces rather than a full slice or two, which I expected for a sandwich that includes bacon.

I kindly asked the staff member if this was the normal amount, and she was very polite and gave me a little extra bacon in a small cup. I really appreciated her kindness! However, I was still disappointed because the bacon and chicken portion both felt smaller than expected for this meal.

I love Chick-fil-A and usually have great experiences, but this time I felt the portion size didn’t quite meet expectations.
