Overall, I had a good experience, and I really liked the store itself. It looks fairly new, the inside was clean, and the atmosphere was great. Customer service was excellent, I’d give it a 9 out of 10.

The food, though, was disappointing. The meat had a nice char flavor, but some of it tasted a little gummy or gamey, and it was definitely under-seasoned. It seemed like the kitchen wasn’t following the recipe consistently.

If they improve the food, this location could easily go from one of the weaker Chipotle locations to one of the best in Kentucky. The service and the store are already there, they just need to get the food up to the same level.

This bowl hasn't had a single bite taken out of it. Little to no cheese. Barely any lettuce. Half scoop of rice. I can count the pieces of chicken. I eat here on my lunch 2 or 3 times a week, over the past month.. I thought maybe it was just a few bad days. But this is the way it's been every time. I will not come back to this store... the one in Georgetown ky was awesome.

Been to this place a few times. Usually pretty good and drive-thru staff usually friendly; however, my last visit didn't go well. Girl at drive-thru window was rude, condescending, and told me I didn't use the app correctly. I tried to explain to her that I hadn't used the app; but rather, used the website instead. The website does not give you an option to choose drive-thru. Two managers were there and saw what went down but didn't try to diffuse the situation. My food was "thrown" at me as well. My first time through there, one of the managers "threw" my food at me. Didn't leave me wanting to come back anytime soon.

I ordered a bowl and it ended up looking more like cilantro lime soup than an actual bowl. There was barely any protein, which was frustrating especially since it cost me $18.

I’m beyond excited that my favorite Tex-Mex spot is now only a quarter mile from my warehouse!!! 🌮🔥 It honestly couldn’t be in a more perfect location. And the best part? I don’t have to deal with the whole New Circle/Leestown Road traffic chaos anymore 😃🙌 That alone is a huge win!

I’ve already stopped by a couple of times, and I’ve been super impressed. Of course, any brand-new restaurant is going to have a few small growing pains at first — that’s just normal. But even with that in mind, everything has been fantastic so far. The food was flavorful and fresh, exactly what I was hoping for 🌯✨ The service was friendly, efficient, and made the experience even better.

And let’s talk about that location again… absolutely PERFECT! 📍💯 Having such a great Tex-Mex option this close is a total game changer. I’ll definitely be a regular!
