I can’t recommend Chris enough, he came around yesterday when my drain was blocked with tree roots, water jetted it all out. Whilst he was here I asked about getting a split system. He gave me a few options of different prices (I went with the Mitsubishi). I said “book me in, it’s freezing here in Lobethal, how quickly can you get it installed?” The system arrived the next morning and he had it installed by lunch time. We LOVE IT! We’re so warm, it’s so quiet, amazing price, and gone is our old crappy heater. What a legend! Thanks so much Chris 👏👏👏

We received excellent service from Chris. He was upfront about all the costs, and the reasons for the product he supplies. On installation day, everything went smoothly and was completed on time. We are very pleased with the new system.

Chris’ approach was professional from start to finish.
During the initial appraisal he explained everything, especially where we had ‘perceived’ issues (not where we expected) - $50 call out fee was money very well spent.
1 item on the quote did not meet our expectation, so he did extra research, spoke to his supplier - even though it cost a little extra, it will make a difference going forward.
Chris worked till after dark to ensure we could get the water back on - with a HOT shower!!

Have used Chris before, and his service is faultless. Spent two hours in the cold and dark on a wet winter's night clearing external drains to resolve my flooded bathroom. Highly recommend him 😀

Our childcare centre’s air conditioner failed to keep the children’s classroom at a safe temperature during the heatwave. We had to call parents to collect their children early. I called Chris and he responded immediately by attending within a couple of hours. He identified the problem of an ageing unit and by agreement he installed a new unit the following day. Incredible service, professional attitude, great communication and a friendly manner. We are incredibly grateful that the children and staff can now look forward to safe and cool conditions. I highly recommend this company.
