Kevin and the team were great! Seriously some of the most helpful auto shop people I’ve dealt with. Body shops can usually feel a little intimidating, but not Erie’s. Everyone was so welcoming, honest, and helpful. So glad they’re right here in Berea!

This is the 2nd time Ive used Erie Customs for dent repair. I have been completely satisfied both times. Fabulous work and reasonable pricing. Had job done on time they promised. Wish I had a before picture of the first dent, everywhere else wanted to replace the quarter panel. Erie Customs was able to do an excellent job without replacing panel. I did have a picture of the last repair before and after. I would highly recommend them.

Best shop around. They completely restored my imported Honda Integra Type R after a vandalism claim. Looks brand new out of the factory. The staff is amazing and keeps you updated as the processes goes through. Even noticed things wrong which wasnt apart of the claim and was very reasonable with the price to fix. They 100% standby their work. I will not take my vehicles anywhere else. Thank you so much..

Erie Customs & Collision did a great job getting my son's car back to "like new" condition. Being a college student, they were able to work around his schedule and get the repairs done. Repairs were done well and a small "missed" issue was repaired in timely manner and processed accordingly. I recommend this outfit for body shop repairs.

I have a 2016 Toyota Avalon Hybrid. My car was hit at an intersection and the driver left the scene. There was damage to my rear passenger quarter panel and bumper. After reading positive reviews I contacted Erie Customs and they were able to give me a quote via text with photos of the damage. I dropped my car off on a Tuesday and got the car back that same Friday.

Just a few weeks later, my partner and I narrowly avoided an accident but destroyed my passenger mirror in the process. I received a quote over text again, and Kevin discussed potential options for parts in order to make an informed financial decision. Once I decided, he got the part quickly and we made an appointment for them to swap out the mirror while we waited.

Kevin was very communicative about the process, timely in responses, and I'm very happy with the work Erie Customs did on my car. I am relieved to have found a body shop nearby that I can trust with work in the future!
