Magnum gave us a great price for our roof and got it done efficiently and did a professional job with cleaning and keeping our place safe and sanitary. We would recommend this company! They were also a referral for us from someone else. The job was complete in 1.5 days.

Had a great experience with Magnum Home Solutions LLC. From the initial call to the finished job, the whole process took just 3 days.

They were extremely responsive and quickly got someone out here to give me a quote. The pricing was completely reasonable, and his team came out today and knocked the entire job out within 4 hours.

It's rare to get that kind of speed and fair pricing all at once. Highly recommend them if you need roof work done right or any work really. We definitely intend on coming back to them to get some more work done on our house.

Replacing our roof was a big decision, and we wanted a company we could trust to do it right. From the initial inspection through the tear off and installation, the entire process was handled professionally and efficiently. The crew worked hard, stayed on schedule and paid close attention to details like flashing, ventilation and clean lines. The new roof looks great and immediately improved the overall appearance of our home.

What really made the experience positive was the communication and care shown throughout the project. Questions were answered clearly and the work area was kept clean and organized every day. Halfway through the job, it was obvious we made the right choice by going with Magnum Home Service. The finished roof feels solid, well built and ready to handle years of weather. We would confidently recommend them for any roof replacement project.

Magnum was exceptional in every category in helping us in getting our home ready for sale. I provided Chuck with my home inspection checklist and he offered to tackle all of the items including the roof replacement, waterproofing the rear basement, fixing the concrete pads broken and raised by tree roots and painting the lower basement walls. It really helped us expedite settlement and the new owners are very happy to say the least. Thank you for your financing as well. It meant a lot to us. 5 star remodeling company hands down.

We couldn't have found a better waterproofing company for our leaky basement problems. I actually found this company highly rated on BBB and confirmed their high ratings with countless praises on numerous platforms. They really lived up to their assurance to help us in a time of need. My basement looks great and the musty odors are gone. Thank you Modesto, Clifford and Charles for your superior service. Great communication and affordable rates.

Charles at Magnum Home Solutions was extremely responsive, transparent, and helpful. He was motivated to provide the services we need and not just make a quick buck. He was intimately involved in securing an appropriate insurance settlement and made scheduling a breeze. His team was professional, punctual, and finished the job on schedule. Magnum did a complete roof, gutter, and soffit replacement as well as interior drywall repair and pressure washing. Throughout the process we felt valued and as though we'd selected a high-integrity contractor. Highly recommend.

Magnum Home Services provided an exceptional roof leak and gutter repair after a leak in our living room. Chuck’s team found the source of the leak, fixed the roof, and also repaired a clogged gutter that was contributing to the problem. Their thoroughness and expertise were a huge relief. We are so happy with the results.

I hired Magnum Home Services to do my roof. Chuck and his team were amazing. During the repair Chuck kept me in the loop of any additional things needed. My roof needed 8 pieces of plywood to bring it back to stable. Once my roof was done I asked if Magnum did any other types of work. I was happy to hear they did. I hired them to also reside my house and do some concrete work for me. Chuck took the time to help me select an amazing color siding to make my house stand out and look amazing. If you are looking for a first rate job for a reasonable price this is the company to hire.

Magnum HOME Services are exceptional
Charles was great to work with during the process. His workers did an excellent job in tearing down my existing front steps and rebuilding! The concrete work was flawless!
Charles even had the mail box and address placard attached to the wall!
Over all, the finished product is fantastic.
Thanks Magnum HOME Services
