This is the worst McDonald’s in the city. Every single time I have ever gone the drive-through is completely full and all the drive-through spots are also full and I’ve always been asked to sit in a reserve spot because they are so unbelievably slow. Avoid this place like the plague this is the very last time I will ever come here. There are so many better McDonald’s in the city. And all I usually ever get is a large Coke and two Mc doubles, but they never have anything pre-ready.

This new McDonald's is only good for drive thru. I ate inside the restaurant, and was not appealing didn't feel relaxed or felt like I enjoyed my food. There's no soda machine in the lobby. No condiments area. Lots of ubber eats & door dash services.
You don't see an employee behind the counter greeting you.
That was my observation & opinion.

Drive thru order for me and my son. The drive thru was slow!!!! Two cars orders taken in outer lane before anyone asked me for my order. I visited two days earlier and everything was Luke warm, the double cheeseburger value meal was warm, the fries was limp like they wasn't even fried and they was bent down compacted to the bottom. This meal was not a bring home, I ate as I was driving. Very disappointed and I only ate here because I was away from home. Not a fan of this location. I'm going to where the food is hot. The hamburger patty was Mcthin! You pay more you get less.

Being a brand new McDonald’s, you expect expectations to be high. We have given this location one too many chances. The first time we had a pickup order and they made us pull up to two different windows and then go park, and then completely forgot about us as we waited 30 mins, INSANE for fast food. Today I order breakfast a big breakfast meal which includes pancakes and they can’t include the butter or syrup? Why is it so hard to follow simple instructions, truly. Are the workers here that lazy? Food isn’t cheap anymore, I shouldn’t be paying these prices for things to be missing, and I shouldn’t have to ask for it. Not to mention, the pancakes are cold and I live 5 minutes away so they didn’t cool down that quickly.

At this point im over it. I have tried this location multiple times since they've opened because it is closer. I have NEVER had an order that was correct or fresh! On top of the fact that regardless of if you order curside or go through to the drive thru you will be pulled to a spot to sit for 15 minutes minimum waiting for your order. Most of the time you end up having to walk in & its always just sitting there getting cold.
Today I got to the restaurant 10 minutes after I placed the order & still waited in a spot for 19 MINUTES for a cheeseburger that wasnt even correct.
