I cannot fathom or comprehend any possible bad reviews. I am a local guide who has seen and reviewed many places and these 1-star reviews are so extremely odd to me. Simply put: the company is perfect. The opening times are accurate, the personel is so super friendly, it felt like being received by a family. The products they sell are of highest quality and importantly, they are so beautifully designed and comfortable. You can tell the attention to detail they have. I enjoyed buying from Eastern Accents a lot and wish all of their staff the best, thank you for the cozy pillows you made! Happy to support such great family businesses with any purchase :)

I show up there at 10:20 am with my partner and baby and the door was closed. The sign says they are open at 10. It doesn’t mention by appointment only. I see if there is another door and then this lady opens the door and asks me if I had an appointment. I told her no. She then starts to question me if I knew the brand and how I found them, all while standing at the door. She seemed very annoyed that I interrupted their meeting. How was I supposed to know!? It says they are open at 10am!!!! So after awkwardly standing at the door for 3 minutes after her 21 questions, I ask her what the problem was. She seemed very flustered and says that they normally do showings by appointment only because they have “a lot of meetings at this time.” She did not make feel welcomed at all. So if you feel like coming to this place, please make an appointment so you don’t interrupt them.
