Hey there! I was really happy to see how thoughtfully this place is set up, especially with how they separate dogs by size. It made me feel a lot more comfortable knowing my smaller dog was around pups her own size and not getting overwhelmed. The staff kept everything running smoothly and safely. I recently boarded my dog here for a few days and honestly couldn’t have asked for a better experience. The staff was super welcoming and made me feel comfortable leaving my dog in their care. You can tell they really pay attention to each dog and genuinely enjoy being around them. The place itself was very clean and had a calm, friendly atmosphere. When I picked my dog up, he seemed happy, relaxed, and well taken care of, which says a lot. I’ll definitely be bringing him back the next time I need boarding.

I left my dog at Dogtopia Park Lane for day boarding. When I picked him up I noticed a large portion of skin rubbed off his nose (basically raw) consistent with crate burn. What upset me most was that I had to find it myself. No one called, informed me, or mentioned the injury at any point during his stay or at pickup. He was clearly in pain and ultimately needed antibiotic cream from the vet.

I later saw another review from a few months ago describing the exact same issue, which tells me this is not an isolated incident and that the facility is not taking meaningful steps, if any, to communicate or prevent it.

Transparency and safety should be the bare minimum when you’re trusting someone with your pet. I will absolutely not be bringing my dog back to any Dogtopia locations and will be sure that other dog owners in my circle are aware of what happened.

Dogtopia of Park Lane in Dallas truly went above and beyond! From the moment we walked in, the staff was welcoming, attentive, and clearly loves what they do. My pug, Fidel, and my poodle, Perlita, were so happy and comfortable there—and that says everything.

This place is the Best caring dog place I have ever been to in all my yrs across many cities. From the owners to all the other employees, you’ll not find a better team that works in tandem to create, maintain & sustain a perfect Utopia for my two little dogs & me. I cannot speak for the other locations, but I am sooooo grateful for this DOGTOPIA, w/in walking distance from my door.

I was super worried about bringing my puppy, but they were so kind and helpful. She loves going now 2-3x a week and I enjoy her so much more at home when she has less energy. I trust them with boarding and she stayed with them a week and did great. I don’t worry about her now because they have proven to be good at caring for my baby!

Our dog has the best time coming here! The staff is incredibly friendly and always excited to see him. My pup enjoys playing with dogs that are his size and they do an excellent job grouping the pups in three rooms to accommodate different sizes. It’s fun to watch him on the webcam while we are away!
