Would not recommend. Within two hours of the repair, the bottom of the new screen had already lifted out of the phone and there was a grey spot in the corner of my phone. My phone also had a grey hue to it as the screen is not placed correctly near the camera and I can see where it is lifted. I reasonably requested at least a partial refund after being told the issue could not be fixed unless I paid another $215 for a second repair. This request was denied.

I was also told there was a warranty covering phone overheating, which happened immediately after the repair. However, when I asked to use this warranty, I was told the overheating was my fault because I “pushed the screen into the phone” something that should not have been possible if the screen had been installed properly in the first place.

The technician explained that his supplier would charge him full price and that he would lose money if he refunded me. However, supplier costs and business issues should not be passed on to the customer, especially when the original installation was faulty.

Update: I just went to a different store and they just confirmed that this isn’t even the OLED screen which is what I payed extra for. Instead they stated this is the cheaper screen which is the LCD one used on older phones. I also reached out to Nikki about this but i’ve not gotten a response since.

Paid extra for a “higher-quality” screen replacement and noticed issues within hours, greyish tint across the screen, overheating, and poor fit. When I contacted them right away, I was given excuses and told I’d have to pay again for a fix. No refund offered despite the problem appearing immediately. Very disappointing experience.

Service was done while I waited took about 20min to replace an IPhone 13 battery, he even quoted me a cheeper price because I thought I had a 14. He an honest guy and I’d definitely use his service again.

friendly fast service was fixed the same day my iPad screen only to have my home button broken. took it back he fixed it only to have same issue again. He tried to tell me that it was a previous repair. I bought it brand new from apple no repairs prior to him he said the button was glued. If it was glued then it was him that did it. I am on my way to apple to get a proper repair. The reason I didn't go to apple in the first place was because of the turn around time. Never again.

Do not trust providers working from home. He over charged me for a old iphone screen saying it was a better quality, the same day my phone stopped working and he claimed there may be another issue with it. I brought it somewhere else for them to replace the screen AGAIN because the original I was robbed for didnt agree with my phone. No compensation even though I had the screen to give back, and no accountability. Everyone is robbing for an extra dollar. Be careful.

Mikki handled us with a great level of professionalism throughout the whole process, from beginning to end. He explained what the issue could possibly be in a very knowledgeable way so that not only he knows what’s going on but so does the clients. He was also kind enough to let us know what pricing was looking like with each possible problem so we could gage what everything would cost in the end, depending on the issue (he sent photos at every stage as well, which was very appreciated). I would 100% recommend prophonez before any of these money hungry shops.
