Really great experience with uBreakiFix in Boston (08/27). I came in needing help, and they made the whole situation much easier than I expected.

Toby at the front was incredibly helpful, patient, and welcoming, and made sure everything was taken care of. Danylo handled the repair and did an outstanding job. The work was professional, clean, and done really well.

You can really feel when people care about the service they provide, and that was definitely the case here. I’m very grateful for the help and would absolutely recommend this location.

Thank you again, Toby and Danylo!

All professional and customer centered. Would recommend to others. My very old Samsung A71 had screen bleed. Took to UBIF Cambridge,MA...
Assessed...ordered new screen. Two weeks later took phone to be repaired. Two hours later...new screen AND new battery for $200! Good work! Exceeded expectations.

My Samsung Fold6 had a busted inner screen and they fixed it to practically brand new! Over the phone they also pointed me to a Samsung repair offer that drastically cut my bill. It took a bit longer to repair than expected (6 hours instead of initial 3-4 hours over the phone, but they did say 6-7 hours when I brought the phone in), which was enough to repair in a single work day for me.

The only downside is that someone is not always at the front, but I was able to call and didn't have to wait more than 5-10min to get helped.

I highly recommend uBreakiFix-Phone and Computer Repair. Toby was extremely knowledgeable and helpful explaining how my phone could be fixed! This was at the Cambridge, MA location. On the evening of Saturday June 13th, 2026, l accidentally dropped my Samsung A-16 Android cellphone, and it fell hard on the concrete pavement and shattered the screen, but luckily the interior of the phone was NOT damaged! It cut my finger slightly but l could still operate using it in all ways. It looked like the screen had a 🕷 🕸 spider web design on it! I called on Sunday morning, on June 14th, 2026 and was able to bring it in and leave my phone 📱 with Toby & tech staff for 2-3hours and it came out intact like a new phone with glass screen( lucky that they had the right model for my A-16!). It also has a new battery installed. Every step of the way, l was treated kindly, and they were professional from my phone call, to when l arrived at the location and afterwards picking up my repaired phone. I rely solely on my cellphone at this time for everything online, as l don't have a laptop or tablet, so was so relieved and happy that my phone could be fixed in a timely way, and with expertise. I am SO careful with my cellphone but these things can happen, they assured me!! So, hopefully if something like this happens to your device, there is a place that will help you, and know what they're doing and really care on making it right!

Thank You,

Christine D. Jeffrey

Absolute worst service – Dishonest business practices

I had the worst experience at this location. I visited to have a screen protector installed on my iPhone 13 Pro Max. I was told it would take 10-15 minutes, but after waiting for 30 minutes with zero service, I requested a cancellation. Only then did the staff claim the screen protector I purchased didn't match my phone model (even though my receipt clearly says iPhone 13 Pro Max and that is exactly what I have).
Since I had other appointments, I requested a refund. The front desk staff claimed they didn't have the "authority" to process it but took my email address, promising to send a confirmation once the refund was handled.
It has been over a week with no update. After multiple calls and a follow-up visit, they are now suddenly claiming that screen protectors are "final sale" and non-refundable. I was never informed of this policy, and it is nowhere to be found in their official Terms of Service. More importantly, I never even received the product or the service. Charging a customer for a "final product" that was never installed or handed over is fraudulent.
They offered to provide the service if I come back, but I have already had it done elsewhere and have no intention of returning to this dishonest establishment. I have already initiated a dispute with my credit card company. Avoid this place at all costs.
