Ordered a Glass Door for shower.. Everything was made perfect according to my specs.. Saved alot of money ordering myself instead of getting it via a 3rd party supply house or plumbing shop and paying their markup. I ordered from Robert Quin and also discussed with their tech team. Everyone was excellent right down to shipping company they used. I will definitely use them again. The glass come out of OHIO USA.. great quality perfectly cut.

I purchased a 60" 1/2 inch thick round table top. I was extremely nervous about buying a huge chunk of glass online. I had been looking for a local provider but the prices were absolutely crazy. I swallowed hard and took a chance. I am so glad I did!

I reached out to Fab Glass and Mirror with questions about what would happen if the tabletop arrived broken/cracked. I received very prompt answers. Essentially, if the transport company (in my case, a major trucking company) delivers a damaged box, to call it to the attention of the delivery person, take a few photos, and Fab Glass and Mirror would resolve the issue. If the package arrived undamaged, but the tabletop was damaged when unboxed, just contact them within 48 hours of the delivery and again, they would make it good.

When the tabletop arrived, I watched the driver take the box (huge) off the truck and load it on a dolly, I noticed the box looked odd. As he came closer, my stomach dropped. The corner of the box was heavily damaged. I called it out and the driver took a few photos, and surprisingly, helped me bring the box over the threshold.

Later that evening when I opened the box, I found layers of stryofoam and padding, and heavy reinforced corners. I was relieved to see no cracks!

Once it was free of the box, it was clear the tabletop was in perfect condition!

So, the lesson here is that if are concerned about buying an expensive and fragile piece of glass from Fab Glass and Mirror, don't be. I was worried for nothing. The entire process with Fab Glass and Mirror, from the ordering to the delivery was quick and easy.

I highly recommend Fab Glass and Mirror and should the need arise, I will definitely order from them again!

False advertising.
No fast shipping waiting 3 weeks for standard item to ship.
No communication.
Fancy advertising. Falae fast shipping promises.
Lost trust.
Will not recommend.
Totally dissapointed.

Delivered the product exactly as I ordered it. Fab Glass made the piece and had a quality issue with it , They e-mailed me a picture of it and said they make another one and make sure it's good before it was sent out. What I received was perfect. Thank you again

I purchased a very large LED light mirror from Fab Glass about two years ago while remodeling my home. It was quite a few months before it was installed, and it has been in use for over a year now. It is still as beautiful as the first day it was installed. I have 3 light colors and several levels of brightness, I have never had any problems with the lighting or discoloration of the mirror. I love my large makeup mirror and all of my friends and family love it too. 5 stars and I recommend using this company. Shown are 2 of the settings that are obvious in the photos, the 3rd setting looks similar to one of the photos but in person there is a difference in color.

I highly recommend this company to any one and contractors who are looking for high quality custom glass cut for their projects with excellent customer service and great pricing. This company rocks all the way from taking order, quoting, following up with order update and delivering. Excellent customer service, high quality workmanship and products, unbeatable price, and excellent packaging. Delivery was on time as estimated or can be scheduled the delivery time of your choice if you happen to be out of town, in my case. I am a satisfied and returned customer. I have ordered a set of custom cut glass for my table tops and a set of 4 large custom cut pieces for my kitchen island. My second order had some issue with wrong bevel sides, but it was resolved with a replacement. David Miller and the Fab Glass Team are such a great example of customer satisfaction guaranteed that American business should have. I would come back to order more from this company in future projects, and will refer to my brother, who is a contractor to use Fab Glass and Mirror.

The 14 inch Round 3/8 inch Thick Flat Polish Tempered Glass Top Is Perfect!

I had been looking for a glass top for a bentwood stool that I wished to use as a side table. I could not find a 14" anywhere, and then I found Fab Glass And Mirror. The glass is heavy and beautiful. I added several stick-on bumpers so it would stay put and it works beautifully.
