Pure Air was a great all around experience, their team was honest with their assessment of what I needed, pricing was fair for the Daiken system I was looking for, and their install team was efficient and professional

Great experience with the company, especially Anthony the technician. He came out to fix our furnace and noticed safety and code issues which he fixed as well. Highly recommend this company.

My HVAC broke down on the first day of the heat wave in August😣. After interviewing 3 contractors, I went with Pure Air. That’s because Dimitrii seemed to be very knowledgeable of the HVAC systems. He explained to me why a traditional HVAC was a not a good choice due to California’s specific regulations, and that a heat pump would be more energy efficient in the mild weather here. I went along with his suggestion and have been very happy since with both cooling and heating. Dimitrii ‘s price was very competitive and he has been very responsive to my requests. There is one more thing worth mentioning is his technicians. They are experienced, professional and very pleasant to work with. I am glad that I made that decision back in August😊.

Five stars. Dex from Pure Air stopped by at the time that was specified and was very professional and made sure to be thorough in his evaluation of what the issue was. He broke it down and presented possible options to consider and then issued an estimate pricing for the options promptly. I was confident that the pricing was very competitive and fair and decided to go ahead and overhaul the heating system and revise the out of date ducting. Their crew showed up a few days later and finished the work in one day. The work looks great and we are super happy with the results. I highly recommend Pure Air for your HVAC needs!

Amazing HVAC service! It was a tough repair job, but they handled it with efficiency and care every step of the way. They gave me clear breakdowns up front and even offered multiple solutions so I could choose what worked best for me. Their thorough explanations and genuine concern made the whole process stress-free. I highly recommend them for anyone looking for reliable, client-focused HVAC service!

Very happy with the new installation of multiple air conditioning units throughout my home. The technicians were all very professional and informative. The cost was better than the quote I received from another local company. Glad I went with Pure Air!

Pure AIR service tech was great. He was patient and thought of other ways to accomplish an issue. He showed me pictures of my system for me to better understand what we were dealing with. I felt he was completely honest. I'm very impressed. They will be my new go, too, going forward. Great job!

I contacted this HVAC company for an emergency service call, and they responded promptly, dispatching a technician the same day. Dmitrii was incredibly professional and courteous in coordinating the service. The technician arrived on time, efficiently completed the necessary repairs, and restored the unit to full operation. I truly appreciated their responsiveness and quality of work, I'd be happy to work with them again in the future.

The technician reached out to me several times to tell me when he would arrive at our home, which wad very helpful. He then did a very thorough job cleaning our gas heater, and he showed me before-and-after photos to explain what he had done. Excellent service!!

Pure Air was great cleaning our air ducts! The technician Mikhail showed up on time, put on shoe covers and meticulously began dismantling the vents, cleaning and applying negative pressure to pull out the dirt. The vents were painted into the wall so Mikhail carefully cut them out and put them back after, we do not need to re-paint! He discovered the vents had been blocked by old filters installed long ago which he removed from the vents. Mikhail cleaned up every space after working. He also worked on the HVAC uptake inside. Now the air flows more freely and the place feels and smells cleaner. I highly recommend this company for cleaning your air ducts. Ask for Mikhail. 😊 We are definitely breathing easier.
