I went in today and met with Mia Tan about an auto loan. She was great. Super cool, knowledgeable and pretty much did all the work. Walked out with a rate almost half of what I had at Wells Fargo. I couldn't b happier. Big shout out Mia!

This bank is second to no other bank when it comes to Service. Elizabeta, Anthony and Mia are great at what they do. Credit cards loans. Anything really to do with money has always been a confusing topic to me. But they were able to really simplify it, and make it all make sense. Thank you so much

I been a MSGCU customer for a long time when I tell u ALL OTHER BRANCHES ARE BETTER THAN THIS ONE. I’ve came here like 4-5 times since they open every single time it’s a weird interaction they truly don’t run this one like the other ones! Just trust me if u have to bank with them go to the other ones if not go to like genisys 1 minute away from this place

I had a great experience at the Michigan Education and Government Credit Union located at 2101 S Rochester Rd, Rochester Hills, MI 48307. Everything was handled extremely fast and smoothly, which I really appreciated.
I especially want to recognize Mia, who went truly above and beyond. She was outstanding to work with, very kind, patient, and highly professional. Her attention to detail and willingness to help made the entire experience easy and pleasant.
