I recently ordered furniture from Velets, and I’m honestly impressed with both the quality and the service. The bed frames look exactly like the photos, modern, sturdy, and beautifully finished. Delivery was smooth, packaging was secure, and the team kept me updated the whole time. The piece I bought fits perfectly in my space and feels like it was made with real care. Found them on marketplace. Seemed sketchy but said I could come to store or pay cash on delivery. I agreed for the delivery, amd was told it will arrive same day. Waited around all day. Finally phoned to see what was going on, and was told they dont even have the order in stock and the container wouldn’t be in for a few weeks.

Found these lift up storage beds on Facebook Marketplace and was a bit confused at first what the deal was and was worried about it being scammy, but decided to go for it anyways as I really liked the Oliver bed and price. Karim was super responsive from the get go and kindly answered all my questions about pricing, options for delivery and assembly, and if it would fit in my car. Went to their Richmond location to check out the bed before purchasing and was super happy with how great all their products looked! The lift system for the storage beds was really smooth. Karim was also SO friendly and again, great at answering all my questions. He might be one of the friendliest people I've ever met! I ended up selecting their delivery and assembly service and super glad I did. It was easy peasy for me—Karim took care of everything and even helped me move my mattress onto the bed at the end too. Would definitely recommend Velets and Karim!

We bought a bed from Velets and paid for delivery and assembly as well. We have had a very positive experience. We are so happy with our purchase. Our bed is beautiful and sturdy and various parts of it come with life time warranty. Kareem was extremely professional and so polite and friendly. We will definitely buy more furniture from here before looking anywhere else.

Purchased their King Bed Frame and the quality is great. The price is very reasonable for what you are getting. The delivery and assembly were good. I would highly recommend getting a bed frame here.

Found them on marketplace where they are falsely advertising their products. I was interested in the bedframe they have, when messaged they hiked up the price to much more. Very unethical
