I reached out to Urbana Dryer Vent Cleaning after noticing that my clothes were coming out of the dryer with a burnt smell. I was concerned about the issue and was very impressed with how quickly Dennis responded. He was able to come out the very next day and thoroughly assess and address the problem.

Dennis completed a full dryer vent cleaning as well as an internal dryer cleaning during the same visit. He was professional, efficient, and clearly knowledgeable about what needed to be done. Most importantly, the issue was resolved, and my clothes no longer have that burnt smell!

I really appreciate the quick response, excellent service, and thorough work. Thank you, Dennis, for taking care of the problem so promptly! I would definitely recommend Urbana Dryer Vent Cleaning to anyone experiencing dryer or vent issues

James was amazing! He is so knowledgeable and professional. He really did a great job and went above and beyond in helping me with my dryer cleaning and other advice. I highly recommend these guys if you need help with your dryer vent. I live down near Sugarloaf in the southern part of Frederick County, and James was there right at the beginning of my scheduled window, which was very helpful and allowed me to get more things done the rest of the day. I would give six stars if possible!

Highly recommend this company! Dennis helped us with dryer vent cleaning and dryer repair in Elkridge/Ellicott City today. The builder messed up the vent installation, which broke the dryer. Since the vent is on the roof, Dennis had to crawl up through the attic to get it fixed
He removed a bird's nest and cleaned everything out perfectly. He even flipped the dryer door so it opens in the right direction for much easier loading. Dennis is professional, detailed, friendly, and very honest. No scams, just great service at a very affordable price. Will definitely use them again!
